MANILA — A party-list lawmaker said the four former officials who have turned fugitives should turn themselves in to police and show their respect to the rule of law.

Calling them the “Big Four,” You Against Corruption and Poverty (Yacap) party-list Representative Carol Jayne Lopez called for the surrender of retired military general Jovito Palparan, former Palawan Governor Joel Reyes and his brother Coron Mayor Mario Reyes, and Dinagat Island Representative Ruben Ecleo Jr.
