JUSTICE Secretary Leila de Lima issued Wednesday a lookout bulletin order (LBO) directing immigration officers to monitor any attempt to leave the country of a suspect in the murder of Filipino-Chinese businesswoman Leah Ng.

The LBO directed Bureau of Immigration Commissioner Ricardo David to keep an eye out on former police spokesman Superintendent Rommel Miranda and his fellow respondents since the preliminary investigation being conducted by state prosecutors is still ongoing to determine whether there is probable cause to charge them in the court.
