THE Department of Budget and Management (DBM) has come up with guidelines in releasing funds for public-private partnership (PPP) projects to ensure transparency, Budget Secretary Florencio Abad said on Wednesday.
 
The PPP budget would be drawn out from the Public-Private Partnership Strategic Support Fund (PPPSSF) and the Project Development and Monitoring Facility (PDMF).
