A VIDEO footage of Supreme Court (SC) spokesperson Midas Marquez’s press conference last November clearly showed that the Arroyo couple should comply with the three conditions set by the High Tribunal before they could leave the country, the prosecution said after Monday’s impeachment trial.

In day 24 of the impeachment trial of Chief Justice Renato Corona, ABS-CBN cameraman Edmond Losalla testified before the court to identify and authenticate video recordings he took in relation to the SC’s issuance of a temporary restraining order (TRO) in favor of former President Gloria Macapagal-Arroyo and husband Jose Miguel.
