Cruz, Manila. SPO1 Rodrigo Llagas Cortez Jr., 45, of the PNP-Highway Patrol Group assigned at the National Capital Region in Camp Crame, Quezon City, succumbed to multiple gunshot wounds in different parts of the body. He died on the spot.
