Cebu Pacific cancels Manila-Virac-Manila flights due to bad weather

Air carrier Cebu Pacific on Wednesday canceled at least two flights between Manila and Catanduanes in Bicol due to bad weather. In a post on its Facebook account, Cebu Pacific said it canceled 5J-821 (Manila to Virac) and 5J-822 (Virac to Manila).
