Sen. Lacson bill gives subscribers choice to keep mobile numbers

To imporove the level of service among mobile phone networks, a bill authored by Sen. Panfilo Lacson aims to mandate telcos to have unform rates for voice calls and text messages and give their subscrbers the choice to keep their number even after switching networks.
