Palace urges Cagayan de Oro mayor to answer complaint

MALACANANG ordered Thursday Cagayan de Oro Mayor Vicente Emano to answer the administrative complaint filed against him for his alleged negligence during the onslaught of Tropical Storm Sendong in his city last December.

“The Executive Secretary has issued a Notice to Explain to Cagayan de Oro Mayor Vicente Emano, in response to a complaint filed by private citizens,” deputy presidential spokesperson Abigail Valte said.
