Barclays Capital says Bangko Sentral to cut policy rates by 25 bps in Q2

Efforts to jump-start the economy and expectations of further deceleration in prices are reasons the Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas will consider to cut its policy rates in the second quarter, Barclays Capital said in a research note.
