Palace on Llamas: Pictures can speak for themselves

THE much-publicized photo of Presidential Adviser on Political Affairs Ronald Llamas buying pirated digital video discs (DVD) can speak for itself, a Palace official said, appealing to the public to wait for the result of the investigation being conducted on the incident.

Deputy presidential spokesperson Abigail Valte said that it was President Benigno Aquino III himself who ordered the investigation.
