I’ve received a call last Thursday from one of the people from SmartBro support; it’s regards to my issues on their service. This guy thought that I don’t know something about ISP settings or network… He said to me that at around 2:00PM in the afternoon they’d detected that I’m connect to one of their cell sites which doesn’t have/available HSDPA signal and only 3G signal is the only one that’s available… which we all know that 3G is too slow even we got a stable signal… My tip for you guys is to informed your Acct. Holder about this or the best thing is create a page on your website Network Map for Signals… so we can verify if you got 3G, GPRS, or HSDPA signal in that area… Since you can map our location why don’t you create something that will help us, right? Like a google map image stating the strength of our signals… One more thing from your sales Rep., they will informed your possible customer that if you got 3G in your area you will have a good connection… wow… another false info… For the SMTP server issue, this guy didn’t give out any proper info… So I’m still waiting for your answers…
