DEPUTY Speaker and Cebu Representative Pablo “Pabling” Garcia cited his province’s economic growth as one of the reasons why he continues to fight against the reproductive health (RH) measure.

In an ambush interview Tuesday, Garcia told reporters: “We are the most populous in the country. We are about four billion; but we are the number one province in the country. Cebu is great because we have so many people.”
